Bug fixes

Resolved: opaque Shift application icon for Mac users who upgraded to High Sierra OS.

Note: If the Shift icon is currently housed in the dock on your desktop, please quit Shift, remove the icon from the dock (simply click and drag it out to remove from the dock) and relaunch Shift. Right-click on the Shift icon, proceed to Options and select "Keep in Dock."
