Shift has three options for themes: Light Mode, Dark Mode, and Auto. The Auto Theme will automatically detect when your day changes from daytime to evening/night and will change your theme from Light to Dark accordingly.
- Right-click anywhere on your sidebar and select "Light", "Dark", or "Auto" on the menu
OR
- Click on Options (the gear icon in the upper right) and select which theme you would like.
