Steps to Uninstall Shift from Your Mac:

1. Make sure Shift is fully closed and not running.
2. Open Finder and go to Applications.
3. Drag Shift into the trash, or right-click it and select Move to Trash.
4. Right-click on the trash can and select Empty Trash.
5. Click Go in the top menu bar, hold the Option key, and click on Library.
6. Delete the folder located at ~/Library/Application Support/ShiftData.
