How to add Jira to Shift
- Click on the plus "+" button in the lower-left corner
- Select "Add Application"
- Type "Jira" in the search bar
- Enter your work domain that is registered on Jira
- Click on 'Save' and you will see Jira added to your Shift sidebar
- Log in to your Jira account and start reporting those pesky bugs
Pro Tip: To find your company's Jira web address, look at the link you use to open Jira in your web browser. For example, if the link is https://redbrickmedia.atlassian.net, then "redbrickmedia" is your company domain.
