In Shift Ultra, all subscription management, including for your team is done via the Online Account Portal! Follow our easy steps below to manage your team via the portal:
- Head to shift.com/account
- Sign in with your Primary Shift Account
- Click on the Teams tab on the left-hand side to manage your team
The Teams tab in the portal is used the exact same way the in-app manager was in the previous versions! Use this tab to manage your team members, including swapping out members, and purchasing additional licenses as your team grows and expands.
