Shift adds easy buttons for your calendar and Drive, but it doesn't change the Gmail interface. Any changes to your Gmail settings, like inbox layout, theme, add-ons, signature, and vacation responder, need to be made within Gmail itself.
Here are some key Gmail settings and how to access them in Gmail:
How to adjust your signature
- Click the gear icon in the top right corner to open the Quick Settings slider
- Click on ‘See All Settings’ at the top of the slider
- In the ‘General’ tab scroll down to the ‘Signature’ section
- Click ‘Create New’ to add a new signature or select one of your existing signatures to edit or remove
- If creating a new signature you’ll be prompted to Name it
- Don’t forget to scroll to the very bottom of the page to ‘Save Changes’
