How to add an Email-Connected Workspace
Emails now act as Workspaces in Shift. To add an email, you'll need to create a Workspace connected to that email. Here's how:

- Click the “+” Button: At the bottom of the Shift sidebar, click “Add Workspace.”
- Enter Email Account: Type in the email address (must be Gmail by Google or Outlook/Office365 by Microsoft).
- Customize Workspace: Add a name, colour, and icon for the Workspace.
- Create Workspace: Click “Create Workspace” and follow the prompts to sign in to your email.
Troubleshooting
If you see errors like the "add" option being greyed out, it may be because the email is already added to Shift. Check all added accounts in Shift before adding a new email to avoid this issue.
