Workspaces connected to Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 emails are not showing the correct number of unread notification badges in Shift.

Status: Fix available ✅

The fix is available in our latest version (Shift 9.5.5). To update, head to the Quick Settings (in the top-right corner) and scroll down to "Check for updates". Allow Shift to update if you receive an update prompt. It may take a few minutes for the update to download and complete.

In case that doesn't work, you can also download the latest version of Shift directly from our website.
