Follow these guidelines to make the most of your coupon and upgrade to Shift Advanced:

Coupon policy

Before redeeming your coupon, please take a moment to review the following policies:

  1. Non-transferable: Coupons cannot be transferred between Shift accounts.
  2. Account-specific: Coupons can only be redeemed with the Shift account they were sent to.
  3. Redemption deadlines: Coupons must be redeemed by the deadline specified in the offer—extensions are not available.
  4. One offer per purchase: Coupons cannot be combined with other coupons or promotional offers.
  5. Coupons cannot be used for Shift for Teams subscriptions, except for eligible non-profit, educator, and student program applicants.
  6. Subscription year only: Coupons apply only to the same year of your Shift subscription.
  7. No partial refunds: If you’ve already purchased a subscription, partial refunds for applying a coupon later are not available.
  8. Age requirement: All users must be 18 years of age or older.

How to use your coupon

Most coupons are valid for the first year of your Shift subscription and cannot be applied during auto-renewals unless you qualify for a discount program or receive another special offer.

Here’s how to use your coupon:

  1. Open the email containing your coupon and click the "Redeem" button—or log in to Shift and click "Upgrade Now" in the top-right corner.
  2. A new payment page will open.
  3. If the coupon code isn’t applied automatically, check the box labeled "I have a coupon" and manually enter your code.
  4. Enter your payment details and complete your order.
