Shift coupon policy

Have a coupon code for Shift Advanced? Lucky you! Keep reading for a few guidelines for how coupons can be redeemed in Shift 🍀


Coupon policy

Please ensure you read and understand any coupon terms outlined in the offer and pay special attention to any redemption limitations that may exist for the offer. Following are the coupon policies we have: 


  • Coupons cannot be transferred between different Shift accounts.
  • Coupons can only be redeemed using the Shift account it was sent to.
  • Redemption deadlines cannot be extended for any coupons that have not yet been redeemed within the time indicated.
  • Coupons must be redeemed within the time indicated in the offer.
  • Coupons cannot be combined with any other coupon or promotional offer.
  • Coupons cannot be used for Shift for Teams subscriptions, except for qualified non-profit, educator, and student program applicants.
  • Coupons are applied to the same year of your Shift subscription.
  • No partial refund can be provided if you have already purchased a subscription to Shift.
  • All users must be 18 years of age or older.


How to use your coupon

All coupons in Shift are applied to the year you purchase and are typically only available for users in their first year. When your account auto-renews, it will renew at full price (unless you qualify for any of the discount programs mentioned above or receive a special offer).

  1. Click on the button in the coupon email you received or click on the "Upgrade Now" button towards the top right corner of Shift
  2. A new payment page will open
  3. If the coupon code does not appear for you automatically, check the box labeled "I have a coupon" and enter your code
  4. Enter your payment details and complete your order
