How to perform a partial app data reset

  2. Pull up your system-wide search and look for Activity Monitor, then end any Shift processes
  3. Click on your desktop to move the focus away from any other apps, then choose "Go" from the top menu
  4. With the Go menu open, hold down the option key to reveal the hidden folder Library, then click on it to open
  5. Double-click on the "Application Support" folder to open
  6. ShiftData Default
  7. Right-click on the "Sessions" folder and select "Delete"
  8. Re-launch Shift
