Wondering why your email isn't showing up when you click on it? This article has all the answers you're looking for!
When you click on your email workspace icon, Shift will show the app you were in before you left that Workspace. Basically, your Workspace remembers the page or app you were on before you clicked away. We wanted to make sure it was easy for you to pick up where you left off! If you would like to navigate directly back to your email inbox, simply double-click on your email workspace icon to get the inbox page.
