Some users have reported that the Shift app crashes or closes down when they try to exit full-screen mode in the app.

A fix request has been submitted to our development team, although we don't yet have a timeline on when a fix will be available. We have flagged this ticket and will follow up with you via this thread once we have any new information and a new fix becomes available.
In the meantime, you can try the following workarounds:
- Go to Mission Control (3-finger swipe up) and drag Shift out of fullscreen mode.
- Perform a full data reset, which tends to temporarily resolve the issue.
