Trying to change the credit card on your file? Or any other billing info? You’ve come to the right place.
If you have a paid Shift subscription (Advanced or Teams), it renews every year. The credit card you used for your last purchase will be charged automatically when your subscription renews. But don’t worry—you can update your payment details anytime!
Follow these easy steps to update your billing info:
- Go to https://shift.com/account
- Log in with your Primary Shift Account (the one linked to your subscription).
- Click "Payment Details" on the left side of the screen.
- Update your billing info.
- Click "Update Details" to save your changes.
