Refund policy
As a paying user of Shift, you're entitled to a full refund if falling within the first 14 days after the subscription charge. Partial refunds are not possible if you're outside of the 14-day refund period. To read more about our subscription and refund policy, please view Shift's Subscription Terms & Conditions. 💸
How to request a refund
Refund requests are processed via the Shift account portal. To initiate a refund request, follow the steps outlined below:
- Head to https://shift.com/account
- Log in using your Primary Shift Account
- Click on Subscription Request Refund and confirm
After submitting a refund request, your Shift account will automatically be downgraded to a Basic (free) account. Subsequently, your Shift subscription will be cancelled and you will no longer be charged moving forward. If eligible for a refund, your refund will be processed immediately. You can expect to see the funds appear back on your statement within 5-10 business days. Please note that Shift can only refund back to the original card that the purchase transaction was processed on.
