Refund policy
If you paid for Shift, you can get a full refund if:
- You are within 14 days of the subscription charge.
Important:
- Refunds are not possible if it’s been more than 14 days since your charge.

How to request a refund
Refund requests are processed via the Shift account portal. To initiate a refund request, follow the steps outlined below:
- Go to shift.com/account.
- Log in with your Primary Shift Account.
- Click "Subscription", then select "Request Refund" and confirm.
What happens next?
- Your account will switch to the Basic (free) plan.
- Your subscription will be canceled, and you won’t be charged again.
- If eligible, your refund will be processed right away.
When will you see the refund?
The refund will go back to the original card you used to make the purchase. It may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
