Shift uses Stripe as its secure payment platform. If your payment isn’t going through, here are a few things to check:

Payment Troubleshooting Tips:

• Use a supported payment method: Shift accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
  (Debit cards, gift cards, and PayPal are not supported.)
• Contact your bank: Some banks block recurring payments unless you give permission. Ask your bank if they are blocking the charge.
• Try a different card: If your current card fails, try using another credit card.
