Some extensions (including but not limited to Zoom Scheduler, 1Password, Loom, etc.) do not have the necessary elements to work/log in inside Shift after shutting down or restarting the computer.

Our Development team is aware of the issue and is currently investigating a fix. This article will be updated as progress is made, and impacted users who reached out to Support will be notified once a fix is deployed. In the meantime, we recommend trying a partial data reset as troubleshooting. Please follow the first set of steps below, based on your OS:
